Shopping on the Opera Fashion Stores website is simple and convenient. Follow these easy

section to review your selected items. You can also remove or adjust items before
checkout.
4. Create an Account – To proceed with your purchase, sign up by entering your email

5. Checkout & Payment – Click on "Proceed to Checkout", enter your shipping details,
and complete your order securely.

You can modify your order, change the size, update billing or shipping details, or remove an
item—before completing the payment. However, once the order has been placed, we are unable
to add items or cancel it.

PAYMENT METHODS

Currently, we do not accept card payments for online orders. However, you can choose to pay
cash on delivery or through Whish, OMT, or BoB Cash. If you choose to pay via Whish, OMT,
or BoB Cash, you must provide us with a receipt as proof of payment before your order is
processed.

You can choose to pay in USD or LBP. However, the exchange rate will depend on the market
rate and the rate set by the delivery company at the time of payment. Additional charges may
apply based on your bank’s currency conversion policies.

Yes, you can earn loyalty points when you place an order online. However, at the moment,
points can only be redeemed in-store. We are working on adding this feature to our website
soon!

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Our shipments are currently restricted to Lebanon. However, you can place an order from
abroad as long as you provide a local delivery address within Lebanon.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above $150. For orders below this amount,
a standard shipping fee will apply. Any future changes to our shipping policy will be clearly
communicated to our customers.

We do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. You can expect to
receive your order within a maximum of 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped,
you will receive an email with a tracking ID so you can track its journey to you.

Our trusted shipping provider will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery
date and time.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Yes, you can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

To arrange an exchange:
1. Contact our customer service at +961 70 273 527 to initiate the request.
2. We will provide you with a delivery contact for returning the item.
3. Send the item back in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • A $4 shipping fee applies to each exchange.
  • If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, you will be responsible for
    covering the cost.

● Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags.
● Avoid trying on clothes with makeup, perfume, aftershave, or deodorant that may
leave marks or scents.
● Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Yes! If you are in the Beqaa area, you can visit our store to exchange your items free of
charge.

No, refunds are not allowed. Only exchanges are accepted.
